We kill the algae and the lichen, clean away the streaks to make your roof look new again. We use a low-pressure soft-wash method to clean roofs whether they are asphalt shingles, metal, or cedar shake. This method will not damage the roof. We never use high pressure on roofs! The only safe cleaning is our non-pressure soft washing.

Why is your roof discolored and stained? Roof stains are caused by algae called gleocapsa magma. The algae are airborne and can land on any roof. You will usually see it first growing on the shaded areas of the roof where there is moisture.

How long will your roof stay clean after a treatment? It depends on the location of your home. Most roofs will remain clear of visible stains for several years.
Gutters
Cleaning your home's gutters regularly will help with the flow of water coming off your roof. Gutters are made and installed on a home to catch the watershed coming off a roof. If your gutters are not cleaned regularly, the water will sit in your gutters and all the weight from the debris and water will cause the gutters to fail. The added weight could not only damage gutters, but your soffits, as well. Standing water and debris left in your home's gutters will also attract bugs and mosquitoes. We also install gutter guards to keep your gutters free of debris.

CONCRETE SEALING
Concrete sealing is done with a clear or colored penetrating sealer. We use a commercial-grade sealer that is highly concentrated for better and longer-lasting results. When you get your concrete sealed it helps protect the concrete. A “sealed” concrete surface resists mold and dirt more than “non-sealed” concrete.
Brighten your pool deck or patio by having it cleaned and sealed. Again, we can use clear or color to make the area look like new.
